We are members of the Whatcom LGBTQ+ community — out or otherwise. And we are family, friends, and allies of the entire spectrum of gender and sexual minorities. We work to provide a foundation united with LGBTQ people and allies who all support one another on their journey.

What We Do
Support
PFLAG Bellingham Whatcom County hosts a community support meeting on the first Sunday of every month. We currently meet via Zoom, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. If you would like to join our meeting, sign up for our monthly newsletter to get the invite link.
Advocacy
We advocate in Whatcom County for LGBTQ people and their families.
Education
PFLAG Bellingham Whatcom County provides education for local organizations on a variety of topics related to understanding and celebrating the gender identities and sexual orientations represented in our communities.

Twelve Support Meetings via Zoom, Supporting People Through the Pandemic
In 2022:
Over $4,000 in Transgender Assistance Fund Grants Awarded to People in Whatcom and Skagit Counties
Representation at Bellingham Pride Parade, Whatcom Youth Pride, Mama Bears Viewing at Pickford Film Center, Beers with Queers, City of Blaine’s 4th of July Parade and Street Fair, etc.
